Gotta say the breakfast and the mountain view from the hotel room were the best aspects of my stay! They had a super diverse breakfast and I loved every bite of it. , the location was amazing, it was great to get a view of the whole city. The passarelle that took us directly to the spa was a plus point! It's great to get a warm treatment in the spa on a cold New Year's Day.

The room was not as advertised, it was way smaller than it looked in the pictures. The hotel's staff were not very welcoming, it's like they just had to check us in to get done.

Great views of hills from our room and breakfast terrace. The flowers and trees made it very romantic and peaceful. The food was excellent and we could taste the quality of the fresh local ingredients. We really noticed a lot of care was put into it. The hotel's location is central to many of the town's attractions, so it was easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

We were hoping for a bit more privacy and intimacy during our romantic escape, but the hotel had a lot of guests and families. There were a lot of kids running around the lobby and hallways, which made it difficult to relax and have a peaceful time.

This hotel is truly exceptional! The location is perfect, with easy access to the Tarasp station and stunning mountain views. The restaurant is a real highlight, with an incredible breakfast buffet and plenty of cozy seating areas. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great bathrooms and wonderful service from all staff. the underground passage to the mineral hot springs is a huge plus, and the tea selections are a big WOW.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, up a steep hill, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom. I especially enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which had both vegan and standard options. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities, including free use of the PT, swimming pools, and a spa. this place had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
